Services
The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of every project are defined in a written proposal or quote. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Payments
Invoices are payable as per the agreed milestone schedule. Monthly services are billed in advance. Late payments may pause work.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. Third-party components (themes, plugins, libraries, fonts, stock images) remain subject to their own licences.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, approvals and access in a timely manner and confirm that materials you provide do not infringe anyone's rights.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
